Biographical Sketch
Ms. Tyler Greer received a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University. She is an Instructor in the Computer Science Department in the College of Business and Social Science. Her main teaching interest is introductory and intermediate programming using Python and Java. As for research, she is currently working with Dr. Cordova, Dr. Eaton, and Dr. Smith to investigate attitudes and practices for various safety measures for passwords, emails, viruses, etc. Outside of the department, she also participates in the Hour of Code, which teaches junior high school students about basic programming concepts.
