2021, Applied Exercise Science
ULM
I received my bachelor's degree from Northeast Louisiana University in December 1999 and have worked in the health and fitness industry for over twenty years. I completed my master's degree in applied exercise science from the University of Louisiana Monroe in July of 2021 and quickly became an instructor for the ULM Kinesiology department. I am passionate about researching, teaching, and promoting exercise, nutrition, health, wellness, and fitness. In my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling with my husband, watching my teenage son's sporting events, and playing with my four dogs.
